Why do you need to have your Extractor Canopy cleaned?
According to the law & most insurance policy’s you are required to degrease your extraction system 6 monthly in line with the SABS Code: 1850:2003. For larger institutions it may be necessary to clean every 3 months. Note: It is this cleaning procedure that insures the longevity of your extractor & keeps the eating area smelling clean & free of smoke.
What will our service cover?
We will clean the entire kitchen canopy extraction system in accordance with the standards set out in SANS 1850:2003.
The canopy’s (hoods) are cleaned completely using our specialized chemicals. The grease traps & canopy gutters are cleaned.
All filters are removed & cleaned on site by hand ensuring all outlets are unblocked.
Grease is removed from the vertical & horizontal duct.
